NEW SINGLE RELEASED

Here’s a second single from the upcoming album “The Hall Effect,” to be released this June.

This time we have a simple melancholic melody which is augmented by a throbbing disco-like riff in the mid section, before gracefully coming full-circle for the finale. Short and sweet: you can dance to it while pondering the eternal verities.

The title “The Kingof Blind Gill” refers to John Christopher’s apocolyptic 1950s novel “The Death of Grass,” which I reviewed here.

For the artwork I eschewed AI this time and went for an edit of a recent photo I took of some industrial filth in Saijo, a small town just outside of Hiroshima (see more pics of that place here).

For the cheap folks, you can listen free below, or if you want to boost my miserable listening figures on Spotify and Apple Music, see the appropriate links.
